Experience the unique flavors of Japan with our Yakitori Chicken Ragù Frites Special! Inspired by Sergio’s 2023 restaurant opening in Japan, chicken ragu is brought to life with yakitori glaze and served on top of our super crispy Frites. Paired with a pickle mix of cucumber, gherkin and ginger. Finished with wasabi mayonnaise and roasted sesame seeds, this dish brings the taste of Japan to Frites Atelier!

Zeeland Shrimp Croquette

The classic among classics, the shrimp croquette! This croquette is made according to his own recipe, where Sergio did not want to settle for anything less than a taste and quality than restaurant level. Shrimp are also called the 'caviar from the North Sea', because of the exclusivity of this product and its exceptional taste.
Slow Cooked Beef Croquette

The beef used for the salpicon of this croquette are beautifully selected shoulder pieces that are slowly cooked in a strong oxtail broth. The power of our meat croquette is enhanced by a combination of Truffle mayonnaise and fresh pickle mix that is served with it.
Premium cheese Croquette

The cheese croquette developed by Sergio contains 3 ab-so-lute top cheeses, namely the Swiss Gruyère, Italian Parmesan and a matured Cheddar, an originally English type. The full, creamy taste of this filling cannot be compared to any industrial cheese croquette. This croquette is lightly sprinkled with fresh tomato powder and served with a basil mayonnaise.
