Floor Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic permanent employee who will join our Frites Atelier team during the weekend (three days from Friday to Sunday) at one of our three vibrant locations. Together with the Atelier Manager, you will ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
What are you going to do
At Frites Atelier, no day is the same! You can be deployed anywhere and really make a difference on the work floor. You are stationed in our Atelier in Ghent.
Your tasks include
- Supporting the teams in daily operations on site.
- Collaborate with the Atelier Manager to ensure a flawless guest experience.
- Responding to crowds and always going that extra mile to surprise our guests.
- Helping out everywhere: from the kitchen to the counter and everything in between. You don't shy away from anything!
- Support and guide colleagues with a positive, constructive attitude and with a certain authority.
