We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our Frites Atelier team across our three bustling locations. Together with the Operational Manager Belgium, you are the decisive voice for Frites Atelier Belgium.
As Hospitality Manager, you will ensure that our Ateliers always look impeccable to provide guests with an unforgettable experience.
What you will do!
At Frites Atelier, no day is the same! In this versatile job you really make a difference for the employees on site, commuting between our Frites Ateliers in Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp.
Your tasks will include
• Supporting teams in daily operations at the locations. Mapping, implementing, and improving structure, organization, and best practices as needed.
• Collaborating with Atelier managers to ensure flawless guest experiences.
• Being able to pitch in everywhere and set a prime example: from the kitchen to the counter and everything in between. You are up for any challenge!
• Supporting and guiding colleagues with a positive, constructive attitude and with confidence.
• Collaborating and consulting with the Operational Manager on managing the 3 Ateliers: the latter mainly focuses on 'administration' broadly speaking, while you provide support on site.
