And just as we care for our fries, we do the same for our people. That is why we are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on HR Colleague.
What are you going to do?
As a colleague at Human Resources, you will fulfill an important supporting role within our organization. You are responsible for all HR-related matters:
- General payroll and personnel administration (including contracts, leave, illness).
- Point of contact for our employees with HR-related questions.
- You will work closely with an external payroll agency and our Finance department for payroll processing.
- Recruitment & selection and on-boarding of new colleagues.
- Managing and updating HR processes and documents
What do we expect from you?
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or a degree in HR-related direction.
- You have knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
- You work accurately and in an organized manner.
- You can communicate well and have a proactive attitude
- Discretion and reliability characterize you
- In addition to Dutch, you also master the English language in speech and writing, French is a plus.
- Living in Belgium; you can easily travel between Antwerp, Brussels and Ghent
