Our team consists of 10 to 15 professional artists. We have a love for food and drinks. Are enterprising, driven and super enthusiastic. In addition, you will not only work in the team of FritesAtelier, but we work a lot with all catering concepts at Designer Outlet Roosendaal.

If you work at a leisure location, you have a lot of flexibility in work and working hours; whatever suits you. Together with your colleagues, you work hard to complete our guests' outing with a great hospitality experience. And with so many hospitality locations, there are so many possibilities. You can easily switch locations when you are ready for it.

Your role as first employee

As the first employee, you are the point of contact for your colleagues and of course for the guests. You know all the ins and outs of the working methods, the menu and how to give guests a pleasant experience. In addition, you are partly responsible for the culinary experience of the guest down to the last detail and function in all functions at the location; from preparations in the kitchen, helping guests at the cash register, preparing fries in our traditional ovens, to preparing dishes according to Sergio Herman's recipe. You support the manager in all additional responsibilities and in training your team. You also provide training in the field of hospitality and train everyone to become a real catering topper!

Your ingredients‍

  • You already have some experience in the hospitality industry and are looking for a cool challenge!
  • You have an eye for detail, are a real multi-tasker and have a hands-on mentality;
  • Affinity with the food industry is self-evident;
  • You are available full-time and flexible, so working on weekends is no problem for you;
  • You are representative, have a professional work attitude and hospitality runs through your veins;
  • The Dutch language is a piece of cake for you! Do you speak multiple languages? +1 for you!
  • You are a born entrepreneur and have a winning mentality.
